Harper Lavoir is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.

All of our pieces are handmade in England. Our wonderful garment makers are all paid fairly and work in safe working conditions, in their own independent studios that we visit regularly.

We currently use two natural fibres in our collection - RWS Wool & Tencel™. We have an entire page dedicated to our moral fibres & certifications here.

When a product is on pre-order, it will have a pre-order window (stated on our product pages) for our customers to place an order.

Once this time period has ended, our manufacturers will then make your items and we will ship them once they are ready!

A pre-order system leads to higher resource efficiency as it ensures we only produce what is necessary and eliminates waste.
